Andrzej Kozłowski has been with the eSky Group since 2015, when he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer. Since 2016, he has been on the Management Board. After joining eSky, he carried out a deep restructuring of the company's financial processes and concentrated them in Katowice. He also played an important role in the company's dynamic international expansion and maximisation of operational efficiency, generating excellent financial results (10-fold increase in EBITDA). At the same time, he built the Human Resources department from scratch. Andrzej Kozłowski holds many years of experience in financial and management areas, which he gained while working, e.g., for Deloitte. In February 2025 Mr. Kozłowski was appointed as eSky Group's CEO.

Łukasz Neska has worked with eSky since 2008. His efforts have contributed to the Group's European services being undisputed leaders in their respective countries, with the Brazilian division among the top three. He gained his professional experience at Heritage Of Scotland, among others.
Piotr Woś, Vice-President of the Management Board, Chief Technology Officer

Piotr Woś has worked within eSky’s company structures since 2010. Responsible for the introduction of the hotel product to the eSky portfolio, for the last two years, he has led the team coordinating all the Group’s IT projects. A veteran of the e-commerce industry, he started as a project manager in Avans Group’s e-commerce.
Łukasz Habaj, Former CEO of eSky Group, Member of the Supervisory Board

Lukasz Habaj is one of the founders of eSky. He first took on the role of CEO between 2010 and 2016, when he spearheaded the company's international expansion, setting up structures in overseas markets and opening local branches in Brazil, Bulgaria, and Romania. He returned as CEO in 2020, and under his leadership the company quickly recovered from the pandemic crisis, achieving more than PLN 233 million in cumulative profit and triple-digit EBITDA growth in the period 2021-2023. With Lukasz Habaj as CEO, the signing of a partnership agreement with Europe's largest low-cost airline — Ryanair — took place and the acquisition of the world's oldest travel brand — Thomas Cook — was made, which was key to the company's transformation a modern tour operator and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe in the Online Travel Agencies (OTA) segment. In February 2025, he left the Management Board, remaining on the Supervisory Board.
