In May 2022, eSky Group and MCI Capital, one of the largest private equity funds, finalised an investment process worth EUR 33.5 million for a 55% stake in the company. MCI Capital's investment in eSky Group paves the way for the company to make acquisitions in order to scale its operations and penetrate existing markets via the possibility of EUR 21.4 million recapitalisation.
eSky Group operates within 3 international branches, with Katowice (Poland) as a headquarters, and Sofia (Bulgaria) and Bucharest (Romania) as local hubs. In Latin America, the company provides its services under the eDestinos brand.
